The arrears of instalments of revised annuities which were due and unpaid at 1st March, 1950, amounted to £241,298.
To accumulate the total outstanding capital repayments at any particular date would involve a mass of individual calculations and entail much time, effort and expense which would not be justifiable in present circumstances.
