I propose, with the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, to take Questions Nos. 46, 47 and 53 together.

Because of the large volume of more urgent work in hands in County Roscommon it has not yet been possible to prepare schemes in these cases. They will be dealt with as soon as circumstances permit.

In connection with Question No. 53, is the Minister aware that the Land Commission have had the farm in question for a considerable number of years and is he in a position to state when it is likely that a scheme will be prepared for the division of this farm?

There have been difficulties which have retarded this case. I cannot say at the moment when it will be possible to deal with it.

In connection with Question No. 46, has the Minister any idea when it is likely that the Kelly farm, Carrownageelaun, Tulsk, will be allotted?

I am informed that it is hoped to have a scheme prepared and operated during the coming year.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state what progress has been made by the Land Commission towards the acquisition of Mr. O'Dowd's lands, Cams, County Roscommon.

The owner's objection to acquisition is pending for rehearing by the Land Commission.
