I propose, with the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, to deal with Questions Nos. 76 to 82 inclusive.

Donovan Estate and Monsell Estate—In these cases the Land Commission have fixed the price of the lands but the owners have lodged appeals on price which await hearing before the Appeal Tribunal.

Estates of Brosnahan, Cremmin, Griffin and Lynch—In each case there is an objection to acquisition which has not yet been finally disposed of.

Estate of Hastings—Proceedings for acquisition have recently been instituted.

In all cases the Land Commission are proceeding as rapidly as is consistent with a proper regard for the lawful objections and appeals of the present owners.
