Vol. 145 No. 6

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Eggsports, Limited.

asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will state (a) the deficit of Eggsports, Limited, at the date of winding up; (b) the names of the auditors during its period of trading; (c) the liquidator appointed for the winding up of the company, and (d) if a copy of the accounts of the liquidator will be laid on the Table of the House, and, if so, when.

Mr. Walsh

The replies to the Deputy's inquiries are as follows:—

(a) Messers. Eggsports, Limited, is still in the process of being wound up by the liquidator, and, therefore, it is not yet possible to state what the final deficit will be.

(b) Messrs. Kennedy Crowley and Company, auditors and accountants, 4 and 5 Westmoreland Street, Dublin.

(c) Mr. Vincent Crowley, of Messrs. Kennedy Crowley and Company, 4 and 5 Westmoreland Street, Dublin.

(d) This is technically a private company; its winding up is voluntary, and I have no authority to publish the liquidator's accounts by laying them on the Table of the House.
