I appreciate very much the spirit which animated the people in Waterford who have purchased the "Lily Doreen" and I regret that it has not yet been found possible to convey a decision about taking over the vessel. I have arranged, however, to have the vessel surveyed and a decision will be reached when the survey has been completed.
