Vol. 147 No. 3

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Limerick City Water Supply.

asked the Minister for Local Government whether he is aware that six householders, in the Cork Road, Limerick, are deprived of the nearby city water supply; and, if so, whether he will make a grant available for this work.

No recent proposal in this matter has been received from the corporation. Contributions towards the cost of sanitary services works submitted by a local authority and approved by the Minister are now made by way of subsidy of loan charges, not by way of grant.
