Rent Restrictions (Continuance and Amendment) Bill, 1954—First Stage.
Leave granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to continue in operation the Rent Restrictions Act, 1946 and to provide during its continuance for lawful additions analogous to those under Section 11, sub-section (2) paragraph (g) and under Section 17, sub-section (2) paragraph (e) of that Act as modified by the Rent Restrictions (Amendment) Act, 1949.—(Minister for Justice.)
