Revised house plans for the proposed housing scheme at Castle-bellingham were submitted to my Department by the Louth County Council on the 4th August last and were approved on the 30th idem. I understand from the local authority that lay-out plans for the housing scheme and plans for the proposed sewerage scheme are still in the course of preparation. I am not in a position to say when building operations are likely to commence.
