Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - The O'Meara Lands.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state the present position in regard to the Land Commission proceedings to acquire the O'Meara lands, Ballyscanlan, Borrisokane, County Tipperary, for division among landless men and smallholders in the area.

An objection to the acquisition of these lands has been lodged and must be heard by the commissioners before any further action can be taken.
