Vol. 148 No. 1

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Kerry Breakwater.

asked the Minister for Finance whether he is aware that Brandon village, County Kerry, is in great danger of being undermined by sea erosion, and that the 200 year old pier, which acted as a breakwater for the protection of the village, has been washed away; and, if so, if he will have the matter examined with a view to having the breakwater replaced.

I have no responsibility for the piers at Brandon, County Kerry, which are in the charge of the local authority for maintenance.
