I presume the Deputies have in mind my recent announcement regarding the agreement, in principle, by the Caltex, Esso and Shell interests to set up a company for the erection and operation of a jointly owned refinery in this country. The choice of location of the refinery will be primarily a matter for the promoters who will be investing their money in the project.
