Vol. 149 No. 2

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Pollard and Bran Offals.

asked the Taoiseach if he will state the quantity in tons of pollard and bran offals respectively, imported in 1954, the countries of origin, the average c.i.f. price per ton for each, and the average cost per ton charged by importers for each.

I propose, with the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, to circulate in the Official Report a statement giving the quantity and c.i.f. price per ton of pollard and bran imported in 1954, classified by country of origin.

No information is available as to the prices charged by importers for imported bran and pollard.

Following is the statement:—
