asked the Minister for Local Government if he is aware that a compulsory purchase order in relation to a site for 46 houses at Cobh, County Cork, was sent to his Department by the Cork County Council on 9th December last and is still awaiting his confirmation and, if so, if he will state the reasons for the delay in confirming the order, which is causing a hold up in this much needed housing scheme.
