asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he will state whether An Foras Tionscal has made any grants under Sections 5, 6, 7 or 8 of the Undeveloped Areas Act, 1952, and, if so, if he will specify the nature of the grants made.
With the permission of the Ceann Comhairle I propose to take Questions Nos. 9 and 10 together. The Undeveloped Areas Act, 1952, provides for the submission by An Foras Tionscal of an annual report to be laid on the Table of both Houses of the Oireachtas. The reports for the 12 months ended 31st March, 1953, and 31st March, 1954, which have already been tabled, contain for those years the information requested by the Deputy. The report covering the 12 months ending 31st March, 1955, will be available in due course and will be presented to the House.
