Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Valuation of Lands.

asked the Minister for Local Government if he will state the reasons why occupiers of the arable and market lands in Park, Rhebogue and Corbally, Limerick City have been, and are being assessed by the Limerick Corporation on the full valuation of their lands.

I am informed that the lands referred to in the question are being and have been rated on the reduced valuations as provided for in the Limerick City Management Act, 1934, and the City of Limerick (Extension of Boundary) Provisional Order, 1950, as confirmed.
