I move:—
That it is expedient to authorise such payments out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas as are necessary to give effect to any Act of the present session to regulate and control the sale and manufacture for sale of fertilisers, feeding stuffs, compound feeding stuffs and mineral mixtures and to provide for the analysis of samples thereof and for other matters connected with the matters aforesaid.
