Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Wheat Imports.

asked the Taoiseach if he will state (a) the total quantity of wheat imported in (i) the calendar year 1954, and (ii) the nine months January to September, 1955, (b) the counties from which it was imported, and (c) the c.i.f. price per ton in each case.

I propose, with the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, to circulate in the Official Report a statement showing the particulars asked for in the Deputy's question concerning imports of wheat in the year 1954 and the nine months January to September, 1955.

Following is the statement:—
