I move:—
That it is expedient to authorise such payments out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas as are necessary to give effect to any Act of the present session to amend and extend the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Acts, 1933 to 1939, to make further provision for the control of the purchase, sale, storage and milling of wheat and to provide for certain other matters (including the charging of certain fees) connected with the matters aforesaid.
