I have received a copy of the resolution to which the Deputy refers. As the Deputy may be aware, I have undertaken a general review of the working of the Industrial Relations Act in consultation with the leading employers' and workers' organisations and with the Labour Court. The representations of the Cork Chamber of Commerce will receive full consideration in the course of that review.
