Committee on Finance. - Oil Pollution of the Sea Bill, 1956—Financial Resolution.

I move:—

That such fees as the Minister for Industry and Commerce, with the consent of the Minister for Finance, may direct may be charged by a surveyor of ships and by other persons appointed by the Minister for Industry and Commerce for the carrying out of such tests as may be prescribed under statutory authority for the purpose of preventing or reducing the discharge of oil or oily mixtures from ships into the sea.
