Prisoners of War and Enemy Aliens Bill, 1956—from the Seanad.

The Dáil went into Committee to consider amendments from Seanad Eireann.

I move that the Dáil agree with the Seanad in the following amendments:—

SECTION 2.

In sub-section (7), line 35, "as respects", deleted and, in line 36, "that such person is" deleted and "to be" substituted.

SECTION 8.

In sub-section (3), line 26, "as respects", deleted, and, in line 27, "that such" deleted and "to be a" substituted and "who" inserted before "has".
