Vol. 159 No. 9

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Cabra Telephone Kiosks.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if he is aware of the urgent need for a public telephone kiosk at the junction of Nephin Road and Fassaugh Avenue, Cabra, which is the centre of a thickly populated area, and if he will arrange to give this matter immediate priority.

I am not aware of the urgent need for a public telephone kiosk at the junction of Nephin Road and Fassaugh Avenue, Cabra. There are already four kiosks in the area within a reasonably convenient distance of the junction. I regret, therefore, that the provision of an additional kiosk in this area cannot be favourably considered at present.
