Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Farm Workers' Conditions.

asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will state in respect of the first six months of 1956 the number of cases reported to the Agricultural Wages Board of (a) non-payment to farm workers of the minimum wage, and (b) non-observance by employers of the law in relation to farm workers' weekly half-holiday and annual holidays.

I am informed by the Agricultural Wages Board that the figures asked for by the Deputy are:— (a) 93, and (b) 71.
