I move:—
That it is expedient to make provision for the charging of such fees (if any) as may be fixed by the Minister for Agriculture, with the consent of the Minister for Finance, under any Act of the present session to regulate the import, manufacture, distribution, sale and advertisement of animal remedies, and to provide for certain other matters (including the charging of fees on licences) connected therewith.
