I move:—

In paragraph (b) (ii), line 10, to delete "greater than" and substitute "equal to".

Section 9, sub-paragraph (b) (2) does not appear to us to be as clear as it might be and we therefore propose to delete "greater than" and substitute "equal to". It is purely a drafting amendment to get the matter made clear.

Sections 10 to 13 inclusive agreed to.
