asked the Minister for Local Government if he will circulate with the Official Report a statement showing the name of each local authority which has applied to his Department for permission to borrow from the Local Loans Fund and to which a decision has not yet been notified; and if he will state in respect of each such application (a) the amount applied for, (b) the purpose to which the required loan is to be applied, (c) the date of application, and (d) the reason for the delay in arriving at a decision.
