The answer to the first part of the question is "Yes". As regards the second part, I would refer the Deputy to the information given by the Taoiseach in his speech of October 5th outlining the additional credit arrangements contemplated. As regards the third part, the proposed arrangements will be announced when these have been finalised, it is hoped at an early date.
