Landlord and Tenant (Reversionary Leases) Bill, 1956—Referred to Special Committee.

I move:—

That the Order of the Dáil of 28th November, 1956, that the Landlord and Tenant (Reversionary Leases) Bill, 1956, be considered in Committee of the whole Dáil be discharged;

That the Landlord and Tenant (Reversionary Leases) Bill, 1956, be referred to a Special Committee consisting of 17 Members to be nominated by the Committee of Selection;

That the quorum of the Committee be six; and

That the first meeting of the Committee he held not earlier than 9th January, 1957.
