asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if he will state the actual number of (a) established, (b) unestablished, and (c) temporary post office clerks of each grade and sex employed on the 31st March, or other suitable date, in each of the years from 1952 to 1957.

As the reply is in the form of a tabular statement, I propose, with your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, to circulate it with the Official Report.

Following is the statement:—
