Vol. 167 No. 10

Written Answers. - British Dividends.

asked the Minister for Finance if he will state for a recent year the amount of tax recoverable by Irish residents from dividends paid by British concerns from which British income-tax had been deducted, and the gross amount of the income to which tax is proper.

As indicated in my reply to a somewhat similar question by Deputy Flanagan on the 5th March, 1958, the statistics requested are not available.
