asked the Minister for Finance if he will state the amount provided in the capital Budgets for 1957-58 and 1958-59 for the discharge of outstanding bank or other indebtedness, distinguishing between the amounts needed for this purpose by the E.S.B., C.I.E., local authorities, the Industrial Credit Company and other bodies.
