I have already given the Deputy all the information available to me in regard to the delay in commencing this scheme and I am not in a position to say when work will commence. These are matters for the Kerry County Council. I understand, however, that steps are now being taken to procure the pipes and other materials for the scheme and that work will be commenced as soon as they are available.
