My Department's recommendations on the contract documents for the North Sligo regional water supply scheme were furnished to the county council on the 24th April, 1958, but it will not be possible to complete the documents until tenders have been obtained for the filter plant. Permission to invite tenders for this plant was given by my Department on the 11th March, 1958. No proposals to accept such a tender have yet been received in my Department.
