Vol. 170 No. 4

Committee on Finance. - Vote 11—Management of Government Stocks.

I move:—

That a sum not exceeding £50 be granted to complete the sum necessary to defray the Charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1959, for Remuneration for the Management of Government Stocks.

Fifty pounds?

Yes. It is rather peculiar. I notice that the Vote on Account showed £58,950 and left only £50 behind.

Do we have to pay in advance?

Does this include the remuneration of Prize Bonds?

No. That is not settled yet.

But it will be under that Vote when it is settled?

It will.

Vote put and agreed to.
