Seanad Éireann has passed the following Resolution in which the concurrence of Dáil Éireann is desired:—
That it is expedient that a Joint Committee of both Houses be appointed to consider the Iveagh Trust (Amendment) Bill, 1959, being a Bill entitled an Act to amend the Iveagh Trust Act, 1903 (3 Edw. 7 Cap. III) by extending the powers of investment of the Iveagh Trustees under the said Act.
I move:—
That Dáil Éireann concurs with Seanad Éireann in its Resolution communicated to Dáil Éireann on the 5th day of March, 1959, that it is expedient that a Joint Committee of both Houses be appointed to consider the Iveagh Trust (Amendment) Bill, 1959.
