The Institution of Civil Engineers of Ireland (Charter Amendment) Bill, 1959—Report of Joint Committee.

The Joint Committee on Standing Orders reports that in the case of the application for leave to introduce the Institution of Civil Engineers of Ireland (Charter Amendment) Bill, 1959, it recommends that Standing Orders 6 and 7 ought to be dispensed with on condition that the notices prescribed by these Standing Orders, with appropriate modifications, shall be published on or before the 30th day of April, 1959, and subject to proof being given before the Examiner of Private Bills of such publications.

I move:—

That the Report do lie upon the Table.

Agreed, and ordered accordingly.

I move:—
