asked the Minister for Finance if the income tax statistics reveal the approximate gross rent roll of ground landlords having regard to the prevailing tax rates; and, if so, if he will state in respect of a recent year (a) the total amount of income tax paid by ground landlords, (b) the estimated annual income of landlords from ground rents, and (c) if figures are readily available on a regional basis, separate particulars in respect of (i) each of the county boroughs, and (ii) the remainder of the State.
