The erection of a slipway at Mullaghglass and complementary works of rock removal are estimated to cost £2,800. The making of a grant to the Galway County Council on the usual conditions that the Council will contribute one quarter of the cost and maintain the work on completion is under consideration. It is hoped to reach a decision on the proposal at an early date.
