Galway Corporation is the owner and licensee of the airfield at Oranmore and its development would be a matter for that body. I am prepared to assist the Corporation, if it so desires, by making the technical advice of my Department available. The establishment of a State airport at Oranmore is not under consideration.
Is the Minister prepared to give that advice immediately if asked by the Corporation?
Any time.
