Vol. 183 No. 14

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Cahirciveen Improvement Schemes.

37.

asked the Minister for the Gaeltacht whether in view of the fact that Cahirciveen is in the heart of the Gaeltacht, that by reason of its undevelopment it is becoming rapidly depopulated, and that its restoration is essential both for the preservation of the Irish language and as a scenic attraction he will take whatever steps are necessary to provide money for schemes of improvement there.

Níl Cathair Saidhbhín, ná aon chuid den cheantar máguaird, sonraithe in Ordú na límistéirí Gaeltachta, 1956, agus mar sin tá sí taobh amugh de raon feidhme mo Roinne.

The Minister should read it out in English so that the Front Bench can understand it.

Tuigmid go maith cad dúirt sé.
