Vol. 184 No. 2

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Rural Electrification in South Kerry.

2.

asked the Minister for Transport and Power if he will enumerate in order of priority the districts in South Kerry still awaiting rural electrification development, and the approximate date of the completion of the scheme in each such area.

I am informed by the Electricity Supply Board that there are four areas in South Kerry which have not yet received supply under the Rural Electrification Scheme, namely, Bonane, Caherdaniel, Killorglin and Tuosist. None of these areas has so far been selected for development and it cannot at present be stated when they may be selected.
