Vol. 185 No. 6

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Synthetic Cream at Dublin Airport.

39.

asked the Minister for Transport and Power if he is aware that the cream served in Dublin Airport is synthetic; and, if so, if he considers that in a wholly agricultural country such as this it would be for many reasons better that fresh cream should be served.

I am informed by Aer Rianta, who manage Dublin Airport on behalf of the Minister for Transport and Power, that fresh cream is in general use at Dublin Airport but, in accordance with common catering practice, synthetic cream is used for certain limited purposes only.
