The Taoiseach, of course, has himself laid down that he strongly objects to dealing with these Bills on the day they are returned to the Dáil. In deference to his well-known view, we suggest he should reserve it until tomorrow.
The purpose of the amendment is to extend from one month to six months the time during which a claim for compensation may be made to the local authority.
I suggest it be left over until tomorrow.
