Vol. 186 No. 1

Public Business. - Derelict Sites Bill, 1960—From the Seanad.

Could we order the Bill for next week?

When a Bill comes from the Seanad, is it re-circulated? What is the procedure?

It is being re-circulated. There are amendments from the Seanad.

I think that has already been done.

Have the draft amendments been circulated?

We could take them now if the House is agreeable.

The Taoiseach has the strongest objection to that procedure.

I have no objection to that procedure.

I would prefer to take them to-day or to-morrow, or as soon as possible.

Wait a minute.

There are two amendments.

The Minister is accepting the amendments.

The Minister is accepting the amendments and wants to take them to-morrow—very well.

Ordered: That the Seanad amendments be taken on Thursday, 9th February, 1961.
