Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Remission of Driving Licence Disqualification.

Mr. Ryan

asked the Minister for Justice if he will state in respect of the disqualification for holding a driving licence remitted by him on 15th December last the reason why the disqualification was imposed.

A disqualification for five years was imposed in the Dublin District Court on 28th August, 1957, in respect of each of the following offences:—

(1) No insurance.

(2) No driving licence.

(3) No Road Fund licence.

(4) Fraudulently using Road Fund licence, and

(5) Illegal possession of said licence.
