Directories delivered in the ordinary way to Naas subscribers were accompanied by a notice informing them that they would be advised of the date when the change from "O" to "10" would come into operation. Directories for members of the Oireachtas were posted specially to them and owing to an inadvertence the notice I have mentioned was not inserted in the Directory posted to the Deputy.
