asked the Taoiseach what are the arrangements for the prosecution of offences in criminal cases where the Attorney General has acted in his private capacity in civil court proceedings, the facts in which disclose the commission of criminal offences.

The ordinary procedure for the prosecution of offences in criminal cases applies regardless of whether or not the Attorney General, in his private capacity, has appeared in any civil proceedings in which any offences might have been disclosed.
