A proposal to pay improved wages to the tractor driver at Killarney Mental Hospital was received in my Department on 18th May. Certain information has been requested from the hospital regarding his duties and responsibilities. The mental hospital has not yet furnished the information sought and accordingly I am not yet in a position to decide the proposal.
