asked the Minister for Finance the amount of costs paid in cases where the Attorney General was either unsuccessful in resisting applications for habeas corpus in each of the years 1957, 1958, 1959, 1960 and in 1961 to the latest available date, or where the Attorney General was ordered to pay costs in such cases, and the total amount paid by way of legal fees and other costs and expenses in respect of such cases in each of these years.
