The position in regard to the President of the Circuit Court is as set out in the reply to a question addressed to me in this House on the 23rd November, 1960. As I indicated on that occasion, Mr. Justice Ó Briain will decide before November next whether to resign as President of the Circuit Court or to relinquish his Cyprus appointment.
